I am sharing one of my pink roses with dew drops from Dustin’s memorial garden. This photo was taking early one day when the dew was still on the roses. It reminded me of the Elvis Presley song “In the Garden”. This song brings back special memories for me. My dear Mother would sing when she cooked. This was one of her favorites. I was 14 when she died but I remember a lot of special times. Here are some of the lyrics if you are not familiar. You could also watch the video on YouTube In the Garden. A beautiful song…
I come to the garden alone
While the dew is still on the roses
And the voice I hear falling on my ear
The song of God discloses
And He walks with me
And He talks with me
And He tells me I am his own
And the joy we share as we tarry there
None other has ever known
He speaks and the sound of His voice
Is so sweet the birds hush their singing
And the melody that He gave to me
Within my heart is ringing
I cannot wait for the spring to return to see how many blooms I get. The rose bush is growing each year. I enjoy each bloom.
Do not watch the petals fall from the rose with sadness, know that, like life, things sometimes must fade, before they can bloom again. ~Unknown

Wow, you’ve started the next color season with beautiful pink roses. Accompanied by the song, this post becomes very graceful, and its charisma comes along with the quotes.
Thank you, I did not plan the post like this it just happened.
