I am continuing with the 365 Photos Challenge and I am now on Day 43. Anyone can join in, you do not have to be nominated. Here are the rules on the 365 Photos Challenge.
The first sunset of 2018 taken from my deck. We have had frigid temperatures in the single digits. No clouds in the sky, which makes for even colder temperatures. A peaceful look at the sun as it sets for today. I could feel a stillness in the air. Not just the cold but something else was there. Or someone else I should say. Yes, remember that I believe. Last night I also saw the first Super Moon of 2018 but it was way too cold to get photos! A very special evening and night to remember.
Those whom we have loved never really leave us. They live on forever in our hearts, and cast their radiant light onto our every shadow. ~Sylvana Rossetti

Wonderful sunet photo!
Thank you so much Ellie.
Oooh…sounds very cold! Wonderful shot though! 🙂
Yes it is frigid thanks Courtney.
The way the sun bleeds into the ground is pretty cool
Thank you Alex, this one was very surreal.
Yeah it was! Bigtime surreal…
I like the word surreal, it completely describes how I feel about sunsets.
There is nothing about surrealism that I don’t like
Beautiful photo of the sunset. I can’t get enough!
Thank you and I am glad to hear that!
As always – a great picture!
You are kind, thank you Georgi!
And with me it is warm about 20 degrees. It came down yesterday and here was very beautiful in purple.
Stay warm Elenka. It is very cold here.
Very chilly, but beautiful nonetheless! I am very glad for you that you can feel the presence of your lost loved ones 🙂
Thanks Norman, yes cold weather right now. It doesn’t happen as often as I wish but I cherish those special moments. I am wishing the same for you.
Thank you. I think I’m too “rational” :/
That looks like what we had last night. No fog or clouds, just the setting sun. Love this and it’s frame.
Thanks Kim, never a dull moment with a sunset.
