Everyone who knew Dylan knew or knew of his assistant, Sandy. He often called her, or she called him about some work excitement. This is because they worked together and together had all the answers.
Maybe some of Sandy’s boyfriends were annoyed and would ask; “Who is Dylan?” And she’d say, ‘My boss…” maybe some were threatened, maybe some could deal with it.
Some of Dylan’s girlfriends would ask, if they didn’t know who Sandy was, and he’d say, ‘My assistant.”
Maybe some of his girlfriends felt she was a ‘threat’ or that he was too close to her, maybe some didn’t care.
However, as both tended to put work first, and did no dispense love easily, it never was a problem.
Until Dylan began to date Emily.
