My push to get into the gym today was the fact that my college semester starts next weekend, and I will most likely not be able to make it to the gym on a Saturday morning until the semester ends. With this workout, I had only 30 minutes to get it in prior to work, and literally felt like I did not know where to start. I ended up adding weights in order to get more out of the workout because 30 minutes seems so little when you want to do so much. With my semester starting next weekend, I have plans to get my workouts in little by little, so that once the semester is over with I can transition smoothly.
