I would have actually been a fool to not run outside because our weather was wonderful today in Chicago. Nothing like getting a run in at one of my favorite stomping grounds to kick off the evening and weekend! There was not anything spectacular about the run itself, but I did get a great picture enroute around the park.

- 40 Push ups
- 50 pound repeats of 30 lat pull

- 30 Sit ups

The Mizuno zip up fleece was a thrift store purchase for only $4.00. Total steal huh? It did its job during this run and I cannot wait to wear it for my next workout.

It will be kept. But at some point, I will have to move it to the side, and wear something else.
