  • 1.14 Mile run; 164 heart rate
  • 40 Sit ups
  • 50 Jumping jacks
  • 25 Pushups
  • 30-pound repeats of 30 overhead press lifts
  • 20 Mountain climbers
  • 30-pound repeats of 50 arm curls
  • 30 Sit ups

I had limited time today, so I just went with a quick 30-minute workout prior to getting ready for work. There is just something about boosting my heart rate up that makes me feel alive with my heart pounding! And boy do I love the feeling.

  1. I wish, Kim. I’m more like a log now that I’m getting older, lol. But I was a lot more photogenic in my younger days.

    It’s weird! It’s almost as though I’m gauging my health in a cardiovascular type of way. I refuse to be someone breathing hard while doing little things like walking up short stairs.

  2. Have you thought about modeling? You are so good looking and photogenic. Anyway, great post. I love that feeling as well. Sort of addictive isn’t it, that runners high. I get that as well from just walking and climbing rocks. I am itching to go hiking today, waiting for the sun to come up.
