I anticipated going to the gym today because I missed a few days due to work, and Christmas. With it being winter also, I get that urge to kick ass during my workouts to fight gaining excess weight. Prior to this workout my heart rate was 87, and hit a peak of 176 during my 1.10 mile run. As for my workout itself it consisted of:
- 1.10 Mile run (heart rate 176)
- 30 Sit ups
- 10 Minutes on Elliptical (147 heart rate)
- 40 Sit ups
- 30 Pound repeats of 20 arm curls
- 15 Pull ups
- 20 Push ups
- 7 Pull ups
- 15 Medicine ball throws in the air
- 35 Russian twists with 14 pound medicine ball
- 20 Sit ups
- 50 Jumping jacks
