Gym workout; Happy holidays

I anticipated going to the gym today because I missed a few days due to work, and Christmas. With it being winter also, I get that urge to kick ass during my workouts to fight gaining excess weight. Prior to this workout my heart rate was 87, and hit a peak of 176 during my 1.10 mile run. As for my workout itself it consisted of:

  • 1.10 Mile run (heart rate 176)
  • 30 Sit ups
  • 10 Minutes on Elliptical (147 heart rate)
  • 40 Sit ups
  • 30 Pound repeats of 20 arm curls
  • 15 Pull ups
  • 20 Push ups
  • 7 Pull ups
  • 15 Medicine ball throws in the air
  • 35 Russian twists with 14 pound medicine ball
  • 20 Sit ups
  • 50 Jumping jacks
