Goals for Daily Life: Feb. 18th

Ghostwriter has inspired me to keep track of my goals better, and post my progress. Here is my goals for today. So far I have done the first two things, but will finish the rest by the end of today. Live life to the fullest, which means to strive to do better.

Work out with Piyo

Fruit and nuts for breakfast 

Read, comment, and post on Virily

Draw something and post it

Straighten up the house

Trying to live a healthy life is a challenge, but I know it will make me stronger inside and out. I will be writing about Piyo in the future. Piyo is part yoga and part Pilates. I just started this  morning, by doing the upper body workout. It was a workout indeed, but I did it all. Each day is a different tape, so getting tired of one exercisedoes not happen.
