I like her tips for de-bloating.
- Juice one lemon in one bottle of water. Hydrating with water is important, especially for me because I get dehydrated easily.
- Meals should include balanced portion sizes
- Fruits and veggies because filled with fiber.
- Eat slowly. Consider chewing at least 32 times.
- Sautee some veggies
- Soak beans and lentils overnight. (I need to remember that.)
- NatureMyst Probiotics and Nature’s Way Activated Charcoal. (I have Nature’s Way Probiotics).
- Organic chamomile tea before bedtime
