10 Tips to Rid Stomach Acid Issues

Monday, 7.1.19, a new beginning of a new month.

Since I have stomach acid issues, I decided to research foods to eat in order to eliminate this problem.

  1. bananas, melons, apples, pineapple, and watermelon.
  2. oatmeal
  3. low-fat yogurt
  4. green vegetables
  5. teaspoon of baking soda in glass of water.
  6. salad greens, steamed broccoli, radishes, and fresh vegetables.
  7. low-fat dairy
  8. garlic, ginger, licorice, turmeric, rosemary
  9. elevate upper body when in bed
  10. tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in glass of water,
