Since before the dawn of recorded history, Barong has battled Rangda. But why would I want to depict her with a mask of her eternal foe? Or am I suggesting that Barong doesn’t exist at all and is simply a mask?
Of course, Rangda herself is just another mask…

Now that I know the woman is actually Rangda, I need to give her white hair. That's good to know.
