Scottie’s Cat Collage
I’ve thought for some time I should go back and rework this collage. There is just something off about the blue side of the face and the mouth. This is supposed to be my grandson, Scottie who let me take his picture with his cat on one of my visits. The cat always seemed extremely complacent and therefore made me laugh. I enjoyed being about to put faces and people in his hair, grapes and trees in the background as well as a Sunmaid Raisin box on his shirt. The abstract quality of these collages allows a lot of freedom for me and makes it very fun. Have you spotted the Egyptian cat statue on the cat’s back?
