Paintdrips
This is my nephew Jonathan, at one of his birthday parties. As much as I liked the photo I took, the collage turned out a bit too dark. I have half a mind to go back and use lighter more purply colors on the side of his face to lighten him up. He looks like he has an evil streak with so much dark around his eyes this way. I love the collage process. It make an almost abstract image of representational art. This is my bit for ecology and economy, using up old magazine, calendar and catalog pages to make art.

Well, awesome. That is so nice. You don’t think it’s too dark? Hmm. I’ll have to stand back and look at it for a while before I make changes.
