Yes, its finished but I really made a mess of the background at first. So I cut the bird out and painted light blue on a separate paper. Then glued it together.
Learnt from this mistake. Now the easiest thing is by using masking fluid to get the background in first. However, use masking fluid once and the whole bottle turns into rubber.

Gorgeous painting of an unusually colored bird. Of course I have never seen this bird as I reside in Canada, a hot to cold country. One question: is it an oil or acrylic painting or what medium did you use if I might ask? But whatever you used, the fact remains that it is very pretty.
