26 years ago, it closed its doors to the public. The Amusement Park of Bizkaia was always a bottomless pit. Since its inauguration, on September 14, 1974, thousands of visitors enjoyed the roller coaster, octopus, mad worm, karts, pool, auditorium … what memories.for 9 years, except for the guard and his dog, no one entered these ruinous facilities. There’s nothing left. The pyramids, visible from many places of the Territory and that hosted infinity of attractions, fall to clusters. The undergrowth takes over the land. The excavating machines will soon enter so that these last vestiges also form part of the memory.
