Pink is pretty and I have loads of pictures to share. These are Pentas, the five petal flowers like tiny stars. Pentas come in different colors and at least five shades of pink as far as I have seen.
There are two shades of pink in this picture. These plants can be grown from cuttings and seeds. They do not take well to too much sun or shade. Partial shade is what makes them thrive. Over watering makes the plants rot and under watering makes the leaves wilt. Its better to let the leaves wilt a bit before you water. That is what I have learned from pentas.
These plants grow up to a couple of feet in height but the generally stay much shorter. Deadheading the flower stems makes the plants bloom more abundantly,
