I work for a major company and I have been with them a long time. They are committed to investing in the people who work for and with them. Today when I logged in to work there was a question I could answer before I could get access to the many different systems I use every day. You see the question in the title. I really didn’t know what to say today. My thoughts went very practical.
“I need income, insurance, and something to keep my brain working.” After you put in your answer another question came up. “Today was your motivational focus on yourself or others?” I admit that stung a little bit. I need all those things for my family, but I didn’t consider outside my home or the clients I would working for and with today.
Then my thought process went to why did the company ask this question and what are they doing with the information. The forms always saw anonymous, but they can clearly see where it comes from on the network and the have continual screen print, so there is nothing truly anonymous if someone takes the time to look.
I found it to be an interesting question.
