I came across this giant wild mushroom while walking in the park. I have never seen one quite like it before but it looked good enough to eat. However, since I do not know the difference between wild edible and wild poisonous mushrooms, I just admire them from a distance.
It is important to know which mushrooms are edible since there are many poisonous ones that look like edible ones and can be deadly if eaten. One should also be aware that even wild edible mushrooms may cause an allergic reaction in some people so it is wise to use caution.

I have not seen such huge mushrooms before. I know only two types of edible mushrooms

I will not take the risk of eating a mushroom in the wild.
I like mushrooms but not that much to risk getting poisoned.
I am not fond of mushroom and I only care for the button mushroom that is nice to eat

Never experience such wild mashrooom
They pop up in my yard once in awhile and I see some along the way when I go for walks. This is the biggest I have seen though.
