My mother, bless her heart, always feels the need since I was very young to make this Easter bunny cake for Easter. It is just one of her great traditions. I will have to carry one this tradition one day. Easter was great this year. I pray we are all together again next Easter to taste her Easter tradition bunny cake once again.
