This is a “remedy” we found online that is said to help “unblock” blood vessels and help with heart dieases …
I’m not sure if it works, but my mum is quite into this thing and she is drinking it almost daily … Anyway, I think it’s quite harmless as all the ingredients are “food”, edible and each have some benefits to our health.
The only thing I don’t like about it is that its taste … (not very good) and its advised to drink on an empty stomach first thing in the morning … We try to avoid taking on empty stomach because its quite strong and your stomach might not be able to take it!

My oldest daughter videos me trying to eat sour candies lol. I add garlic to many foods, but drinking it like this I do not think I could handle. Maybe it is due to me having acid reflux lol. Glad if it helps others though.
If you have stomach problems … then this will be too strong for you … I love garlic in cooking too!!
LOL I can imagine how it is to be eating sour candies! I used to take them a lot because work is too boring … haha
natural remedies can still be poisonous, but this one seems okay
Lol, glad to know that 🙂
hemlock, foxglove, hellebore… they all have helpful effects in small doses but will kill you if you aren’t extremely careful
Oh I see … like raw almonds too…
glad that the ingredients(in this “drink”) can be eaten in abundance without problem… but still have to be careful about its effect on the stomach
and then there are other concerns as well; will it trigger acid reflux or some other unwanted side effect?
Hmm… maybe she should, but so far so good for her …
I told her to stop even with the slightest discomfort…
Yes, thanks, I’ll have her ask her friend who studies TCM.
Oh I see … maybe it has to do with “body type” too … some people are “heaty” more easily while others have “cool” bodies … I does really depends.
Thanks for the reminder. 🙂
I’ll have my mum ask her friend asap.
Thanks for sharing this. I used to take this kind of concoction as I would term it when a friend sold me a few bottles. I discontinued it because it’s very costly.
Yap, it can get expensive if you buy outside that are bottled… that’s why we make our own … its much cheaper 🙂
Seems like a lot of work but it is healthy. I use the Bragg vinegar daily with honey.
…. Great job with the step by step instructions. 🙂
Hehe, just so happen I got most of the pictures needed!
I think it can be a little “strong” but will probably help with the blood vessels …
One has to have a cast iron stomach for it.
I suggest, using garlic in making some nice soups. Especially put with parsley rosemary and sage and thyme.
Ginger and honey go nicely in a hot drink.
Ginger is good for the digestion.
Cinnamon is great for many things, including lowering cholesterol.
It’s true, this “drink” is a little strong … so just don’t drink it on empty stomach or if your stomach is weak. I guess my mum was wanting something of more “faster” effect… and that her friend also recommended this …
I drink ginger tea too, its delicious with honey! To be honest, I’d prefer ginger tea over this “drink” but well… I think this works faster
