7. Beautiful beach. Is the garden with green grass a certain party’s property or part of something?

   • Thanks Albert, all of New Zealand’s beaches and water ways belongs to the Crown of England, which means its open to the public.
     This one is open for the general public.
     However, in some remote areas, unofficially the Maoris take up ownership of certain beaches and there is nothing that anyone can do about it.

     • The grass garden on the beach side seems very beautiful.
       About Maori, I think they are native, so their attitude is quite understandable, right?

8. A beautiful beach for strolling – is the water cold?

   • I would say the water would be about 16-18 degrees celsius at a guess. Cold for me, but may be warm for you.
     The dogs liked swimming in it.
