I have never tried it, but my husband is not fond of it at all.
Same with my dad too, he can’t stand the taste … 😕
My daughter, who is an excellent cook, makes kimchi for me. In fact I have a jar in the refrigerator that’s almost finished.
That’s good!! I wish I’ve someone like your daughter at home so I’ll have unlimited suppl;y of kimchi!! haha
They’re really good as snacks both taste and healthy wise …

you can buy read-made kimchi in stores that sells Korean stuffs… (usually)

Kimchi may not be for everyone. My dad hates it.
It’s slightly sour, spicy and a little salltish.
