Assertion is one of the four styles of interpersonal skills communication – with the other three styles being: manipulation; submission and aggression.
Assertiveness Training helps people to enhance their Assertion Skills; and to develop and use the most appropriate techniques needed for communicating effectively in all forms of interpersonal situations.
Assertiveness Training provides you (as a course participant) with the essential skills, techniques and solutions for managing your interpersonal relationships and interactions more effectively.
