I am continuing with the 365 Photos Challenge and I am now on Day 47. Anyone can join in, you do not have to be nominated. Here are the rules on the 365 Photos Challenge.
The winter temperatures are going down into the single digits at night and never above freezing during the day. We are having a very cold winter this year. I keep water out for the birds but have not been able to the last few days. It freezes as soon as I change it. I will have to invest in a heated bird bath for next year.
Inside we are staying warm. My cats Brendel and the Dude are snuggling together on the sofa. They know what to do! Stay warm everyone.
I love to see cats put their paws in it keeps them even warmer.
If I were there, I would lie down in the middle of them to get warmth.
They are like blankets, they are always warm and snuggly.
That’s why I want to be between them.
That is usually how I watch television at night, between them!
Must be fun; warm and feels fluffy.
Thanks, they are my fur babies!
I would recommend it to anyone. But visit a shelter. There are many needed a good home.
This winter seems really cold in some places…our winter was colder last year, but it’s still freezing!
Very cute photo! 🙂
We had snow this time last year but now just ice but snow is coming they are predicting.
Thank you! Have a great day!
And the same to you Lorso.
They are so cute. 🙂 I understand them very well, because I’m not the winter person, too. 🙂
They are something else, friends one minute and chasing the next.
That’s cats’ business. They are all like that. 🙂
I know, they are entertaining! 🙂
So cute and cuddling, even when they’re annoying. 😀
They look so cute together!
Thanks, sometimes they like each other, sometimes not!
I do not like the cold weather. The cats have found permission. Which warm up each other. You have to find another option for bird water.
As long as I can stay inside with my quilts I am ok. Yes I am working on the bird bath options.
Did you say “hot chocolate and a tuna melt”?! An aquarium bubbler, ( no, not me), will keep open water for birds. SpLaSh!
Funny Beada. 🙂 I wish I could figure a more non-expensive way to water the birds during the winter.
Cheap Vodka? Grin. Aquarium aerators are not expensive and they do not draw a lot of electricity. Best bubbles, my bird loving friend. >-=^;>
That is a great idea actually. I will check into it. Thanks!
You are such a comedian, you always bring a smile.
Truth be known, I’ve more than a few alcoholic Blue Jays. Grin.
“There’s been a cancellation! A permanent postponement!
A little termination of every reverent component!
For the love of cetacean and a fishy pun proponent,
a grin above your chin some is where my aim is, for the moment!” I told you, you should not encourage me. Thank you, good swimmer. SpLaSh! Wiggle n’ grin…>-=^;>
