4. If I didn’t make it dark, you couldn’t see the neon glow…

   • Okay, I can see that. Honestly, it wasn’t intentional but it would be an easy read. The actual dark values of the piece could certainly drive it in that direction…

5. I think the background is perfect, but of course, you who have the concept of this work would know better what is needed and more appropriate. Beyond that, somehow I feel the girl’s head is a bit too big.

   • I see her in downtown Tokyo, with the background sliding out of focus to introduce a bokeh effect. Her head is fine, what you’re seeing is the camera moved above the eyeline…

        i like neon. i bought some neon-colored pencils to use for my graphic novel.
