If you ever want to visit Goa you must experience the cruise down the Mandovi river. I have been to Goa a few times and have a memory of this ride.
It is conducted late evenings when the moon shows up. We spent a couple of hours on the boat where we were provided with a lot of entertainment. Who can resist Goan music and dancing? I too danced my blues away.
Yet another memory created.

This was just a short ride which was a dinner cruise. It only went up the river a couple of miles and turned around and came back. The dinner was okay but nothing to brag about. It was fun but once you do it, then you don’t really want to do it again. I would rather go out to a nice restaurant and eat. They had canned music playing, nothing live.
I know this thing about not wanting to repeat an experience. I have been on several tours but would not want to get back where I have already been
So true! Got to discover something new and also interesting!
My travel saga has come to an end now.
I’m so sorry to hear that. Right now we are all just about grounded with Covid-19.
No regrets as I have done a lot of travelling the world over.
I’m glad you got to travel the world. My desire to do so has dimished a good deal with Covid-19.
I once cruised the Danube River in Hungary.
I think there is a song connected with the Danube river.
You are right. There are quite a few songs related to this river.

I love being on water although I rarely have a chance to do it. Goa must be a wonderful place to visit.
Goa is a beautiful place with several beaches.
I’ve been on a short river boat cruise on the Mississippi River. It was fun!
What kind of entertainment was there and for how many hours did it last?
