People think that their progress consists of constantly gaining knowledge, improving material living conditions, new things or bought glitter, losing weight, gaining muscle mass, and so on.
We keep looking for recipes and answers for happiness in books, in other people, in success stories – always outside, never inside.
And all we really need is already there – quietly waiting for us to notice and grab that inner, limitless, wonderful and dazzling inner treasure.
Only we are burdened with stressful thoughts, huge expectations for ourselves and others, meaningless contention with reality, constant search for sources of support: “When I have more money, I will pursue my dreams”; “When someone loves me then I’ll be happy”, “when I lose a few pounds, then I swim in the lake” and so on.
All the answers are long overdue – we need to eliminate those disturbing, ruining and destructive, installed and learned patterns of thinking and behavior.
Liberate yourself, listen to yourself, and realize that no one in this world knows more about you than you do!
