Not long ago sweet potatoes were thought to be a poor man’s diet but not any more. With exposure sweet potatoes’ benefits are now known to people at large and many have added them to their diet.
Sweet potatoes are rich in potassium, calcium and rich in vitamins. They also build immunity. It is a good source fibre as well.
Sweet potatoes can be eaten in several ways. Even boiled sweet potatoes taste good. We have sweet potatoes in our diet and they sometimes become a breakfast item.
