I just cooked a simple soup, or it’s called sweet soup today. If I am not mistaken, the sweet soup is Chinese or Cantonese dessert. We usually add the sugar into the water and boil them together with other ingredients.
I like this sweet potato soup, as it’s simple to cook and delicious. Well, I like sweet potatoes. I always like to add ginger and Pandan leaves as they make the sweet potato soup tastes better, and good for health as well.
