It seems that the local government is helpless in ridding the city of street kids who roam around whether day or night. It is not clear if those street kids are stowaways from home or they are simply in the streets to have fun. It is pathetic to see some of those kids smelling solvent which makes them high. Drug addicts at an early age?

The place where we live we do not have such scenes not even beggars.
We don’t have the issue where we live. There are other problems, but no one living on the streets here.
There are no children on the street here in Spain. It is a pity that the local government is helpless to solve such a problem.
It must be really hard seeing these kids roaming the streets like this. We don’t have this problem where I live, but there are a lot of very young people that take drugs, which is sad.
