    • I’ve never seen it so I don’t know how silly it was, but I can understand how a story of a girl meddling in the relationships of other people might inspire TV comedy!

  1. 7/10. I always thought Dr. Strangelove was based on Fail Safe, a novel which had also just been made into a movie also named Fail Safe. I also like Moby Duck. Sounds like a great name for a rock band.

    • Apparently Fail-Safe was so similar to Red Alert that the author of the latter sued for copyright infringement. So you weren’t far off the mark!
