I believe everyone has heard of Microsoft corporation no longer supporting windows 7. This means those who will be using windows 7 from 15 won’t receive support, technical and security updates. This will make your personal computer vulnerable to viruses and hackers.
Unless you are using a fake windows 7 operating system, you have nothing to worry because you have been using a fake OS and the lack of support won’t have a difference to you.
I don’t think thousands of people will migrate to windows 10. There might be a chance some have not heard of it or don’t care because the fact is thousands of people are using the fake OS.
As for me, I don’t like windows 10. I am happy to stick with windows 7 despite the fact of security risks. If you consider it among developing nations, purchasing windows OS is very expensive.
To say the truth, the one I use at office isn’t original. I am not sure to go for windows 10 or stick back on windows 7 when I buy a laptop.
I just like windows 7

you will lose more than OS fixes and security patches.
Developers will no longer support the older system that win 7 is built on. Applications will cease to work. You will not be able to update applications. Printer drivers will no longer support win7. It won’t happen this year, 2020, but by 2021 you will be an island.
Now that is scary being left alone in an island especially when you mentioned printer drivers won’t work on win 7.
So, between win 7 and 10 which do you like?
I will have to migrate to 10 but not willingly.
i actually like 10 a whole lot better.
Things that were once plug and pray in Windows 7, work right the first time in windows 10
I still use windows 7, but if I get a new computer I will switch to 10.
With a new computer, there isn’t any choice of remaining on windows 7.
I am not too happy with windows in general, but it is what it is.
I am dreading the day when I will have to switch over to Windows 10
Me too. I don’t know if I will keep up to it for long.
When I switched over to a MacBook I don’t use Windows any more.
You are lucky you won’t be facing this uncertainty of to migrate or remain.
