I actually expect an answer. If the question is rhetorical I make it clear.I think communication is key in creating relationships, sharing ideas, solving problems and creating teamwork. Not really. Mostly I am just here talking to myself. In my “other” life there are a lot of negative comments. (Work has been a disaster!)
I just don’t see much interaction at all. I look back in the past and there was a lot.
I think a lot of the original Virily (old guard) has moved on. Some of them needed to (they were making the environment poisonous.) Some of them got frustrated with the investment you need to make.
It is a lot less active now then it used to be.
