What you do to keep yourself fit.

As we are not going out nowadays and most of us are staying home we need more physical activity to keep ourselves healthy. This is a time where one can opt to stay home and relax and do nothing else can choose to opt for a new routine to add an extra exercise routine.

I find it a good time to use the time saved from traveling to do some workout. If you are already doing daily workout than you can add some extra workout routine. If you had an excuse that you don’t have time then it is the right time to get started.

I want to add one more thing, only physical exercise is not enough we can add some yoga breathing exercise and mental workout also. you can start learning some new things also.

  1. Every morning I walk in the yard of the house where I work 20 or 30 minutes. If I have the opportunity to go for a walk in the evening. Of course, if there is no one already there. Space is not big and we cannot keep distance.
