Welcome December 26th

Not the day I expected and still so much to be grateful for. There was a fire at the house when I was not at home. A neighbor saw it and we have a home. Yes, there is plenty of clean up and repair and we still have a home. I spent at least five hours in a very cold car and while I am sick, I am alive. Christmas is behind us and we can get things here taken care of.  Bro is currently at the hospital because it seems the best place for him. My sister in law and husband are at the hotel. That seemed like a no brainer. I am here doing whatever the nice people tell me to do. They told me to go to my office and close the door while they run the equipment. They will call me on the cell phone and check on me and let me know how things are going. I am simply grateful. (And a  little cold because they want the window cracked and its 25 degrees out there.)

So blessed and so thankful that Christmas is done.
