I have now taken a decision never to plant papaya trees as I notice what is planted dies but we have papaya trees that have come up on their own and doing well. This photo is of one such papaya tree that has come up on its own.
From experience I have noticed those that have come up on their own yield good. I have a question for nature why it does that to us. This tree has come up at a wrong place and I do not have the heart to pull it out.
Nature has its way and who are we to question it? I shall humbly bow down and go with nature.

Is nature coming in your way too?

Nature is highly self willed, best is to accept what she does and play along. 😀
(lol),(lol),(lol) Agree. I can write a book on the things she does. Very stubborn and naughty too but I love her Dawn.
Nature comes to everyone, Grace! I would be very happy if a papaya sprang up in my garden, though it would not last long!
I have welcomed it but was just saying why what I planted did not live!!
Nature works on her own and does not look at us
We have so many wild trees that have cropped up right in the middle of our garden and I have left them there.
It chose the best place for itself it seems.
It is at such a place that passsers by can if they want to rob them although we have a compound wall
I agree , who are e to ask question the nature . Nature has its own way.
Weird, odd and does what it pleases (lol)
Beautiful papaya tree. My uncle also has some plants who come up on their own.
I understand that but those that we plant do not survive.
