When in a public place, the usual thing that catch our attention of a person is the face. We look at the stranger in the face to discern if we know him or maybe we are just curious with his looks. Even with people we know, it is the face that matters and that may have been the origin of the term face value.
Now that the face mask is a standard wear outside the home, we are losing our identity. It is like we are animals with the same color, size and looks that it is so difficult to differentiate a particular chicken in the cage of 50 chickens. So maybe there will be no more use for beauty products since our face is always covered in public places.

I even wear a mask to go throw out the garbage. I not only wear a mask, I also wear the gloves too.
I feel true identity comes from within not if our face is showing.
I don’t often wear a face mask. I am pretty much always in my home except to pick up meds and they now bring them to my car.
