When I retire, I want to live away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Because honestly, the noise and pollution make me sick. Moreover, I am an introvert. I hate being in a crowd. I’d rather stay at home and do my normal routine. I enjoy my alone time most of the time as I get to think about my future. I’d like to live in a vintage house near a beach. But of course, there should be a fast internet connection so I could still work from home. I just want to live a happy, peaceful, and simple life.

I grew up in a vintage house. Well! It wasn’t vintage at the time. LOL.
I would love living in an old, traditional home. I am socially shy as well. Like you I need good internet speeds. LOL Have the cake and eat it too.
