Today it feels like there is just too much. There is too much work to be done. There is too much paper in and around my desk. The list of people who truly need me to help them is too long. It is not even 5:00 am and I am overwhelmed.
So why am I here writing?
The first step in solving a problem is naming it. Seeing the issues clearly and then naming it. In this case “too much”. Then sharing it to make yourself accountable (sharing it).

It’s much easier to solve a problem when one’s aware of it and accept that is there! That’s the very beginning! Great post!
I often feel a little overwhelmed, too. For instance, my weekly to-do list includes work on the flower beds at church, lawn care for a person who is out of town, flower bed care for a elderly gentleman and his wife, work on weeding an asparagus bed for another person, and work on my own yard and garden, plus other projects around the house. The problem is that there are only 168 hours in the week and when the temperatures get above 80, yardwork becomes much more difficult to do. I have to prioritize.
Interesting now I know Im not the only one who feels this way sometimes. Thanks Trenna.
