We were invited to a Chinese restaurant for a classy meal. One dish that was served was the stuffed chicken. I’ve heard of turkey with stuffing but not chicken. The waiter said that it was good so I was the first one to dig in. The chicken meat was very soft that I only used the spoon to cut in the middle.
This reminds me of the Chinese chicken of the olden times that was marinated for 2 days and cooked for 2 hours in a crock pot. Maybe the soft texture of the chicken would add to the enjoyment of eating. Well, it’s good that I got only a tablespoon to taste it first. You can guess what my taste buds said.

I think that looks rather appealing. Yes, I often eat stuff chicken. I eat a lot of chicken in many different ways. There’s so much you can do with chicken, isn’t there?
