The right way of dining in a buffet restaurant

In my first experience of dining in a buffet restaurant, I got a mountain of food on my plate and gobbled it up. On my second trip to the buffet table, it seems that my stomach was so full that I was not able to get the same amount of food.

My father taught me the trick. Go for the salads first as a sort of warm up to your tummy. Next are the appetizers like cold cuts or bread. After that you can go to the entrée or the main course. Eat as much as you can before going to the dessert. Just don’t forget that there is a gap of at least 5 minutes for each trip to the buffet table. If you do it  that way then you can maximize the capacity of your stomach.
