I called it a sushi day because well, mum, sis and me were having fun making sushi today! It doesn’t feel like work but having fun making food!!
Sushi is not too difficult to make but you do need to prepare many ingredients like – eggs, cucumber, crabsticks and “pickles radish” (yes, I DIY that following online recipe)

To make sushi you need to buy many things, including sushi vinegar powder … its not that easy to get them, I need to go down to bigger supermarket
