Here are two of my succulents for Kim’s color crazy challenge. This crassula lycopodioides (even though the name is quite a mouthful) the plant is a stunning, it always looks lush green, the lighter leaves show up in the growing season. making the plant look even more attractive.
The second one below is the Kleinia petraea commonly known as Creeping jade, trailing jade or weeping jade is an beautiful plant to be be used in hanging pots. This plant also remains lush green though the year.
Both these plants do very well in partial shade. Direct sun tends to leave the leaves a bit yellowish and sometimes too much direct sun may burn the leaves.

Beautiful plants. Still, you can take part in the challenges. I assume all members understand your problem.
This post was written 5 days ago, approved only now I know that the color blue is the current challenge.
We totally understand Dawn. As with the rainbow the colors do blend from one to the other correct? This is why the greens blend in with the blues and the Indigo with the blue…
I liked both of them, the one on top looks like it could be growing under the ocean. I love succulents, they do really well here in this sub arid climate.
Green is my favorite color. Blue is the color for this week. Wonderful photos.
Lacho this post was written 5 days ago, It is being approved today. it doesn’t make sense for us unverified authors to take part in these challenges anymore.
The creeping jade is very cool! How many different succulents do you have currently? 🙂
I think I have around 60 varieties. But I am always in the process of collecting more. 😀
wow 60 sounds like a huge number. I guess you have a growing collection 🙂
Yes, it is a growing collection. Pun intended. I have been collecting over 3-4 years now.
pun was intended in mine as well. do you have a picture that shows many of them? would love to see that!
I suspect the only time a growing collection is bad, would be when you collect mold!
LOL that is a good one. I made a video lat year of most of my succulents and posted it on another site. I am not sure I can link it here.
Wow, that is impressive. How wonderful.
