This week, I have been enjoying making and eating steamed veggies–carrots, green beans, broccoli, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, and potatoes, as well as avocados and other fruits. It is very filling that I need to make a small portion. I didn’t know why I didn’t steam veggies before. Instead of butter and sour cream, I put some creamy avocado over my steamed potato.
