At a time like this when we are asked to boost our immunity to fight the Pandemic there is no better way to achieve that, than have fruits in our diet.
No doubt many fruits are seasonal but there will be some fruit or the other available at all times. Enough is not enough when talking about the health properties of fruits.
I have many fruits in my garden and in a while it will be time for mangoes. Fruits as you know are cholesterol free and all the more reason why they are recommended. It is however recommended that one has fresh fruit juice and not packaged juice.
