So Good ~ I Have to Share

We made some little individual cheesecakes. They were fun, easy and tasty and I just have to share. I wish there was a way to invite you over to have some with us.

Since that cannot happen I will tell you what we did to make them and if I am lucky at least one of you will make them and let me know if you liked them as much as we did.

You will need 1 pkg jello no bake cheesecake dessert, 4 –  1ounce packets of pumpkin spice oatmeal, 1/4 cup flour, 1 stick butter 1/4 caramel sauce and whipped cream.

Make the dessert kit as directed. You want to divide the crusts evenly into 6 lined muffin wells. Add the filling over the top and refrigerate for at least an hour. While they are setting up you can make the topping.

This topping really takes the little dessert to the next level. Heat the oven to 350 degrees. While it’s heating mix the flour, butter and oatmeal packets. Place parchment paper on the baking sheet. Spread the crumbles in a single layer and bake for 10 minutes.

Unmold the cheesecakes. Press the crumbs on the top of the cakes. Use a microwave bowl to heat the caramel sauce so it will pour nicely. Drizzle the sauce over the cheesecake and top off with a bit of whip cream.

They are fabulous!
