I work under the sun and my job is quite physically demanding. I do get irritable and frustrated at times.
My dad is kind enough to offer help sometimes, by driving me if he is going out to do grocery shopping or other errands.
But then sometimes, I have to wait for him, because he has his errands to do too. While I understand and is very grateful, I do get frustrated because it’s very hot or the food are heavy.
Just the other day, I looked up while I was frustrated and well, I felt better. This doesn’t always work, but I’m glad it did this time. My day was much better!
