Sharing a photo of my Autumn Joy Sedum from awhile back, on my deck. This one will be for the Macro Monday challenge. I finally transplanted this one into Dustin’s garden, and it seems to be doing well.
This photo shows the sedum at the pink stage. It has tiny buds and colors you can only see if you look closely. The butterflies enjoy landing on this one.

I like this flower. I forgot to publish a macro.
Thanks, this is one of many favorites.
great shot! it is always impressive to me to see macro pictures of flowers!
Thanks, I really enjoy this sedum more in the garden now.
it is quite lovely, the mix of flowers types is always amazing in your garden!
Such interesting flowers!
I love these, very easy to maintain.
I didn’t answer yes to your poll because I’m not sure I can easily find something to share, but I will have a look in a minute. I like sedums a lot, but more for their foliage than their flowers. I also like to eat their fleshy leaves in salads.
That is fine, many are not sharing right now. These only have tiny blooms, mostly foliage.
Yeah, my missus likes the flowers, but I find them rather unimpressive. And to be honest there’s something about their texture that I find weird. But have you bitten into one of those fleshy leaves yet? Slightly sour and astringent, the leaves are so refreshing on a warm day!
I am sure she does. This is my favorite one, so far. They are like a cactus. I do not eat these!
It is a beautiful flower and a small miracle of nature in changing color.
Thanks, I agree about the color changes.
