Jokes aside though, the health information in this article as to the WHY is very useful in helping you to overcome an addiction. Some people like to justify their addictions by saying they are just satisfying a craving. Because we all know eating too much of any food is bad for your health.

On my own, it is good if I eat once a day. I have things I enjoy eating and see no reason to eat them. I do not have pizza or burger every day I eat what I have at home but do treat myself from time to time
I love it when I can have a slice of cheesecake.

I have tasted lots of different cheesecakes but must admit that there is nothing like a New York Cheesecake. It’s like the ultimate treat.
I know many who are addicted to chips, pizza, ice cream, etc. I have no addictions.
No addictions? You must be a Wonder Woman. As I have gotten older there are foods I used to be addicted to but I am not so much now. Ice cream, for example.
